Press Cuzzo, a New Haven based real estate agency, was promoting a new luxury apartment renovation project called "The Residences at Wooster Square." Located in the historical district of New Haven, Press Cuzzo required a direct mail promotion that would accentuate the historical value of the location but also showcase the quality and elegance of the apartments. Horizon developed a tri-fold brochure that focused on bringing these two important features together in an elegant and nostalgic manner.
