As V.P. of Accounting & Administration for Horizon Marketing Group, Bob Howe manages all financial systems and administrative activities.

In 1997, Bob assisted in the organization and financial planning of Horizon Marketing Group.

Prior to joining HMG, Bob was Vice President and Treasurer of a Florida-based plastics injection molding firm. After seven years, Bob sold his share of the firm to a family member.

Bob was also President of E.B. Kingman Company, a Massachusetts-based plastics injection molding firm. He joined E.B. Kingman as an assistant production manager, after service in the U.S. Army.

During his tenure at E.B. Kingman, Bob achieved a steady climb into the executive ranks. Shortly after joining E.B. Kingman, Bob was promoted to Sales Manager, posting positive revenue gains. His performance and management skills led to him to the position as Vice President of Operations, and subsequently President of the company.

Bob then purchased the company. During his five years of ownership, E.B. Kingman sales revenues grew from $3 million to $8 million in sales, while maintaining a healthy profit margin.

Bob sold E.B. Kingman, but remained as a consultant for five years.

During his business career in Massachusetts, Bob remained an active community leader, serving as Chairman of the United Way, and member of The Board of Directors of a local bank and hospital. Bob holds a degree in Business Management from Nichols College.
